How to make a Booking

Making a booking with Orbit World Travel couldn’t be easier. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will help you and provide you with advice during every step, from your initial enquiry all the way through to your return back home. We are committed to making your busy life a little easier if we can. You will be looked after by our dedicated and experienced team. This may include helping you to choose the right trip for your group, providing you with promotional material to help get the trip of or sorting out important details such as dietary requirements.

 

Research your trip

Browse our website to choose an exciting range of tour options around the world. Our team will be able to assist you to find the ideal destination to meet all of your needs. We can also tailor make a tour to suit you.

 

Request a quote

  • Request a quote online, via email or contact us on 1800 067 819.
  • You will need to decide where you would like to go, the month, subject focus, and approximately how many people will travel.
  • We will send you a quote within 7 working days

 

Making a provisional offer

  • Next, place a provisional booking with us that will be held for three weeks, with no obligation to purchase
  • We’ll then reserve space at the hotel/hostel, and the flights
  • During the next three weeks, this will give you the opportunity to promote your trip to the students, parents and decision makers
  • We can supply you with promotional and supportive material to help you promote your trip.

 

Collect deposit

  • As you continue to promote your trip, you can start collecting the first deposits from your students.

 

Confirm your booking

  • Complete the booking form, along with your first deposit payment to confirm your booking.
  • After booking, you will receive a confirmation pack with useful information and key dates including insurance policy (if applicable) and our terms and conditions
