With a multitude of participants and complex logistics, including 400+ domestic flights from various Australian cities, 800 room nights across seven hotels in Broadbeach, and coordination of ground transfers, careful planning was crucial for a successful event.
Our Approach
Our focus was on creating a streamlined and personalised experience for all attendees. We established eleven custom registration sites catering to different registrant types such as delegates, exhibitors, suppliers, guests, and staff. By offering live downloadable reports, each registration site provided real-time insights and tailored data for each participant category.
We also negotiated discounted accommodation rates for Independent Hardware Group that were on average $10 cheaper per night than the group rate per hotel, including complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. This provided over $8,000 in savings for accommodation alone. Additionally, our team handled all ground transfers for seamless transitions between venues.
