Orbit World Travel is Australasia’s largest locally owned travel management company with offices across Australia and New Zealand and with business increasing, we are currently looking for experienced, multi-skilled travel professionals to join our team. We currently have office based positions available in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast and also offer hybrid and work from home solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Fulfil domestic and international travel requests within defined travel polices.
  • Provide best fare of the day options on all travel itineraries in line with client requirements
  • Manage and prioritise workload and ensure client service levels are met
  • Build relationships to deliver value to clients
  • Meet productivity KPIs, ensuring high quality, error free and seamless travel booking processes

 

What Are We Looking For?

  • A minimum 3 years’ corporate travel experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent knowledge of travel supplier products and services.

Location

We currently have office based positions available in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast but also offer hybrid and work from home solutions.

Key responsibilities

Your role will be to work with our team in effectively managing all aspects of a client’s travel arrangements. Booking all air travel, accommodation, car hire and ancillary requirements, including assistance with visa and health requirements, to ensure all journeys are a complete success.

 

What Are We Looking For?

  • Amadeus & Tramada experience preferable
  • Minimum 5 years consulting experience
  • Client following preferable
  • High level customer service
  • Fares knowledge
  • Passion for leisure travel and high-end products

Location

Gold Coast office in Ferry Road Market vicinity but also offer hybrid and work from home solutions.
